WHAT IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
This isn’t your average pumpkin patch… Night of the Jack is a jaw-dropping Halloween spectacle with its massive 1 mile long immersive trail featuring larger-than-life jack-o’-lantern installations, dazzling light technology, interactive displays, and delectable food from LA’s top food trucks and themed cocktails and specialty drinks in the Spookeasy. Whether you’re looking for a night of family fun or a hauntingly good night out, this is the Halloween event you won’t want to miss!
How Long is the Experience?
The trail itself is a 1 mile long walking trail and it is self-guided. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend 1.5 – 2 hours on the grounds between our pre-show area and our Jack’s Trail. Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, capture instagrammable moments, join in the fun with interactive experiences or visit “The Spookeasy” Bar for a seasonal cocktail to take with you on the trail!

We encourage guests to enjoy all pre-show activities prior to walking the trail, as some activities will close at 9:30 PM to ensure guests are off-site by 10:00 PM.

How Do I Purchase Tickets to Jack's Carnival?
All guests must have a valid Night of the Jack admission ticket to access the Jack’s Carnival area. Entry into the carnival area is included with event admission; however, all guests, regardless of age, must purchase an individual carnival wristband to enjoy the rides and attractions. Wristbands provide unlimited ride and attraction access for that guest throughout the evening and are non-transferable.
Jack’s Carnival wristbands may be purchased in advance by selecting the number needed from the event ticket add-ons during checkout or purchased onsite during your visit. Individual per-ride tickets are not available for purchase; the all-inclusive admission wristband is the only option for accessing the rides and attractions. Please note that promotional discounts do not apply to Jack’s Carnival wristbands.

IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK SCARY?
Night of the Jack is NOT a scary event, but can have festive spooky elements present within the experience.
DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase on site from a rotation of LA’s top food trucks and vendors. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. There will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 21+ years of age at one of our “Spookeasy” Bars. You must provide a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol.
DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE RESTROOMS?
Yes, there are bathrooms located in multiple areas of the grounds. We have bathrooms in our parking lot, our pre-show and out on the trail for use.
IS THERE PARKING AT NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Yes, there is onsite parking which must be purchased in advance through our website where Admission Tickets are purchased. If you need to purchase an additional pass after your initial ticket order or have questions about event parking, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. Please Note: Buses and large camper vehicles are not permitted. The parking entrance will close at 9PM.
IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?
ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IS THERE SECURITY AT NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Yes, all guests will pass through a security checkpoint prior to entering the event. All bags, strollers and waggons will be searched, so please downsize and purses or bags you are bringing with you.
IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. The main experience of Jack’s Trail is situated on asphalt and fully accessible. Please be mindful that our pre-show area and parking areas are situated on a compacted dirt and gravel lot and do contain some uneven surfaces.
CAN I BRING MY DOG TO NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Only ADA-defined service animals are permitted at Night of the Jack. Emotional support or companion animals are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding as we work to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?
No. Night of the Jack is a non-smoking event and smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on property.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER?
The event will operate in rain or shine. Night of the Jack will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?
Small purses, strollers, & small wagons. NOT ALLOWED: Large backpacks, professional recording devices, digital equipment, flashlights, weapons or sharp objects of any kind, mace, spray bottles, promotional items, outside food or beverages.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT?
Self-parking is available on site for purchase through our ticketing site after selecting your tickets and prior to check out. You will need a parking pass to park on-site. If you need to purchase an additional pass after your initial ticket order or have questions about event parking, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance. You may also utilize rideshare companies to attend the event.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Night of the Jack utilizes a dynamic pricing structure for their tickets, meaning ticket prices will vary based on date and time slot. Tickets Range from $24.99 + Fees to $74.99 + Fees Please select the best date and time that will work best for you. Each ticket is valid for (1) person each. Children under 3 years of age are free.
WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?
Each time slot has limited capacity, and only a set number of tickets are available to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?
You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your time slot for the evening. You will be allowed to access the trail for the ticket time you purchased.
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
No. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door. You can always purchase tickets in advance online.
CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?
Yes. You are able to adjust your date and/or time, however please note that changes in date and/or time may result in additional cost as not all dates and time slots are priced the same. Please contact support@tixr.com for any date and/or time slot adjustments for your tickets. Please provide the full name on the order, email address and ticket order number in the email.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY TICKET TO THE EVENT?
Yes, all tickets are scanned upon arrival. We can scan on your phone or printed ticket for entry.
IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON THE TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

What is the "Almost Dark" 6:00 pm Trail Session?
The “Almost Dark Trail” session takes place just before nightfall, offering a unique experience as the sun sets and the lights of Night of the Jack begin to glow. It’s a magical time to explore the trail during golden hour and watch as the full nighttime atmosphere slowly comes to life. Please note, however, that some installations may not appear as vibrant or immersive until it is fully dark.
How many pumpkins are on display?
Hundreds of thousands of hand-carved pumpkins come to life in breathtaking displays of Halloween artistry, transporting you into a glowing world of festive fun, spooky delights, and immersive seasonal excitment around every corner.
What should I wear to Night of the Jack?
Night of the Jack is an outdoor walking experience, so we recommend dressing comfortably and wearing shoes that are suitable for exploring Jack’s Trail. Southern California evenings can get chilly, so bringing a light jacket or an extra layer is always a good idea. And of course, feel free to get into the Halloween spirit! Festive outfits, seasonal colors, and family-friendly Halloween attire are always encouraged.
What if I’m running late to my scheduled entry time?
No worries! If you’re running late or miss your scheduled entry time, you may still arrive and enter Night of the Jack on the same date as your original ticket, subject to event operating hours. If you need to visit on a different date, you can return your tickets for Tixr Credits through your Tixr account and use those credits to select a new available date. Please note that ticket prices may vary by date, and you’ll be responsible for any price difference when rescheduling.
Which nights are typically the least crowded?
For a more relaxed Night of the Jack experience, we recommend visiting on a weekday or earlier in the season. Friday and Saturday nights, as well as dates closer to Halloween, tend to be our most popular.
Do tickets sell out fast?
Popular nights, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and dates closer to Halloween, can sell out quickly, so we highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. Booking early also gives you the best selection of available dates and entry times. If you already know when you’d like to visit, don’t wait too long to lock in your preferred night!
Are vegan or vegetarian food options available?
Yes! Night of the Jack features a variety of food and beverage vendors, with vegan and vegetarian options available from select vendors throughout the event. Menu offerings may vary by night, so we recommend checking with each vendor onsite for specific ingredients and dietary options.
